Documents on the `delimiters` parameter that `$` stops `${*}` from matching,
whatever their order, so `${name}` is copied unchanged when both are
configured. Fixes #572.
Verified: MRESOURCES-105 with `${*}` listed before `$` →
`test.value=${test.value}` stays; without `$` → replaced.
