Per the policy, only Maven core plugins (created or adopted by the Maven team
themselves) can be named maven-xyz-plugin.
Non-core plugins must be named xyz-maven-plugin.
So, I don't think this will be accepted unless you change the name to something
else (though I could be wrong). Since your plugin is specific to OSGi, I think
you should include that in the name, too. So I'd suggest a new name of
osgi-deployment-package-maven-plugin.
