Using latest version of Maven 2.0.9 - Cannot download archetype plugin jar

I tried to find this version of the JAR file but only
'maven-archetype-plugin-2.0-alpha-2.jar' exists not
'maven-archetype-plugin-2.0-alpha-3.jar'.
