scm:checkin doesn't work on OS X 10.5 Leopard

Run "mvn scm:checkin -Dmessage=test" on OS X 10.5 Leopard. You'll see:
[INFO] Executing: svn --non-interactive commit --file
/tmp/maven-scm-1856881168.commit
But --non-interactive is broken on OS X 10.5 Leopard.
