This fix was included in version 1.0 of maven-doap-plugin, released on 01 Aug 2008. Issue MVERIFIER-2 committed in [r554361|http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=rev&revision=554361] fixed the broken link http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-verifier-plugin/faq.html by adding faq.fml. This fix is marked for inclusion in version 1.0 of maven-verifier-plugin, but hasn't been released yet.
