For a configuration like
{code:xml}
<setupIncludes>
<setupInclude>project</setupInclude>
</setupIncludes>
<includes>
<include>*/pom.xml</include>
</includes>
{code}
the project "project/pom.xml" will be run twice because the plugin currently
does not recognize the two paths "project" and "project/pom.xml" as being
aliases for the same project.
