Well, I have exactly the opposite :)
I am trying to run the ITs of the EAR plugin with 2.0.9 and it keeps
downloading version 2.3.1 of the plugin even though I added the snapshot repo
in the settings of the IT. If I run maven on the command line with -U it does
not download the 2.3.2-SNAPSHOT either !
Switching to mvn 2.0.8 and invoking the exact same command with the same repo
and the same settings just works.
Anybody knows what's happening? This is bad since it seems I can't use a
snapshot plugin with 2.0.9 anymore
