The {{docck:check}} is currently an aggregator. As aggregators cannot be safely
bound into the lifecycle, there is need for another goal that offers the same
functions for a single project only, regardless whether run from a reactor or
CLI.
The suggested default phase for this goal is {{verify}}. The plugin offers QA
services which aren't appropriate for earlier phases, especially not
{{validate}} as used for the current goal.
