when asking for dependencies of a particular snapshot TS, mercury uses actual
TS folder for GAV.
For example: when asking for SN version a:a:1.0-20081122.062742-13, it will try
the path
a/a/1.0-20081122.062742-13 instead of a/a/1.0-SNAPSHOT
