When adding a dependency on (for example) Axis2 addressing module
(addressing-1.41.mar), the war plugin will not place this into the final WAR
file (in WEB-INF/modules). For Axis2 AAR files, this does work however (it is
placed in WEB-INF/services), which seem to point to a small inconsistency.
This is the debug output from the plugin (validation in ArtifactsPackagingTask
class):
