I can't figure out a decent way how to produce maven repo layout with
outputFileNameMapping (and outputDirectory). I can produce legacy layout but
default seems to be currently impossible using ${artifact.groupId}. I hope
there is easier way of using some intermediate property that "${artifact.}" or
"${artifact.handler.}" provides, but I could not find one.
Therefore I propose a new parameter 'layout' with 'default' and 'legacy' values
to control appearance of ${artifact.groupId}.
