Maven integration for eclipse JDK warning

When m2eclipse starts up, it checks if it is running in a JDK, and when not it
shows the attached dialog. This dialog could be improved by not only saying
what should be done but also do it. You could add some buttons that:
- open eclipse.ini and add the -vm option
- open the Installed JRE's dialog and automatically search for JDK's
