Environment: I have a composant zip file, but it isn't copy into my war

I have a zip file, and I need to copy it in WEB-INF/lib of my war (the zip
file, not all content).
I try with adding andfiltering external web resources and overlay, but not
successful.
I can see this row, during debug :
[DEBUG] Skipping artifact of type zip for WEB-INF/lib
I attached the pom.xml within this issue
