Attachment: filters-with-version-range.patch
Previous patch is incomplete because I modified only
AbstractStrictPatternArtifactFilter.
This one includes the same modification and also modifications on
PatternIncludesArtifactFilter.
I rewrote the method matchAgainst(). All unit tests are OK.
