we have at
http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-pdf-plugin/examples/configuring-reports.html#Maven_Reporting_Plugins_Issues.
I didn't check in detail but I am sure that some of them are not compatible.
The report generation works for the cases I checked, eg on the doxia site
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/maven/doxia/site/. But I guess excluding the
reports as above is what you want anyway.
