With Maven 3 Alpha -6 & Alpha-7 releases, executing mvn help:describe
-Dplugin=org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-help-plugin:2.1 and equivalent command
specified using GAV coordinates errors out.
Attached file has the output of the command with -X and -e options.
