Currently, the {{maven-docck-plugin}} searches only the {{reporting}} section
for reporting plugins. As of Maven 3.x, however, this is no longer the proper
place to look for such plugins (like the {{maven-javadoc-plugin}} or the
{{maven-jxr-plugin}}. Rather, the plugin needs to understand the
{{reportPlugins}} configuration of the {{maven-site-plugin}}.
