Would be nice to have {{<since>}} element everywhere we specify artifact
coordinates:
{noformat}
[...]
<groupId>org.apache.maven.wagon</groupId>
<artifactId>wagon-ftp</artifactId>
<version>1.0-beta-7</version>
<since>18 Dec 2010</since>
{noformat}
{{<since>}} element will tell Maven when version number was updated the last
time. Later Maven will be able to inform project developers which version
numbers are too old and need updating.
