Please be careful with report plugin configurations in parent poms, see
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MSITE-484.
If combine.children="append" is used the plugin can't be re-configured in the
child poms. If this parameter is not used the configuration may be merged into
the wrong reporting plugin.
