There is a transitive dependency to org.slf4j:slf4j-simple:1.5.3:jar. This
dependency is not necessary in Maven environment and is inherited from Jetty (I
think so). Would be nice to exclude since it makes problems when a real
slf4j-to-maven binding is used.
