Whren regression testing for 2.11, I ran into this bug.
maven-surefire/surefire-integration-tests/src/test/resources/fork-mode-resource-loading
run mvn -DforkMode=never -Dsurfire.version=2.9 test
See it breaks, last working version is 2.8.1
