Hello Benjamin,
Just to clarify.
Did you mean that for plug-ins invoked from the CLI or during the build
lifecycle <build>/<pluginManagement>/<plugins> is not allowed and
<build>/<plugins> should be used instead? How should configuration inheritance
be organized in such case?
