What I don't understand is why this comes into action when I use {{mvn
--offline}} ?? In that case, this behavior is meaningless as I appearantly
intend to take everything from local repo.
Also, it seems that {{--offline}} disables FS repos - {{file:///...}}. It
shoudn't.
