* Instead of adding an alt-element to the banner, I've removed it so the site
inherits the Maven banner from the parent.
* I've checked all style-tags, should all include a type now.
* I'm having some problems with the footer-fix, especially with the adjustment
to the bootstrap.css, because such adjustment will be lost when updating to the
next version. I assume it's not a big issue, otherwise I'd expect bootstrap to
come with some other solution.
