Yes. I don't see how they change the fact that
http://maven.apache.org/wagon/wagon-providers/wagon-scm/usage.html is
incorrect. Anyone who finds
http://maven.apache.org/wagon/wagon-providers/wagon-scm/usage.html before
finding the new plugin will waste a lot of time trying to make the instructions
at http://maven.apache.org/wagon/wagon-providers/wagon-scm/usage.html work when
they never will work.
