In fact I think that the MANIFEST.MF will never be update because the
org.codehaus.plexus.archiver.jar.Manifest getters (getMainSection and
getSection) return new instance of Section object, so changes made on this
instance will never impact current Manifest instance.
If it could help I create a patch (it include the one provided by Laszlo
Varadi) that contains an update skinny war it test, that test the MANIFEST.MF
generated classpath.
