I suddenly realized the problem: {{alwaysFail}} is a rule, not just a
{{Boolean}}. This rule is there mainly for testing purpose, so a bad example
for the usage page. Instead I would use {{bannedPlugins}} or
{{bannedDependencies}} to better understand the usage of level.
