For the first URL see MDEPLOY-174 which has been solved with Release 2.8.2 of
the plugin. Furthermore the goal deploy-file will not fail for repositoryId
cause repositoryId has a default vaue `remote-repository`. So i will close
this issue, cause from my point of view all things are working. If you have a
different opinion don't hesitate to reopen the issue.
