Currently the apache-rat-plugin does not ignore the DEPENDENCIES file which is
created by default during a maven release which results not able to build the
source artifact from the release area without changing the configuration.
This is a temporary solution until
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/RAT-184 is fixed and a new version of
apache-rat-plugin is picked up.
