Need to update maven-plugin-testing-harness to work with maven 3.2.4.
The incompatibility was introduced as part of MNG-5695 fix and boils down to
class name change of one of internal classes and different way to setup
MojoExecutionScope.
Given the nature of the changes in maven, I plan to update
maven-plugin-testing-harness version to 3.3.0 (up from 3.2.x) and to require
maven 3.2.4.
