When wagon-ssh is used to deploy maven site for the first time, on command
line, user is asked to accept host validation
However, under jenkins ( ie no user interaction) the host validation goes into
infinite loop and pump out lost of errors into jenkins build log which can be
huge if user no aware to kill jenkins jobs
I am not sure if this is jenkins or wagon-ssh issue. I would be nice if the
loop error out after a few retries
I think it is possible to configure wagon-ssh to skip host validation
