Robert Scholte reopened JXR-68:

The jxr-report of the
[maven-compiler-plugin|http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-compiler-plugin/xref/index.html]
shows this issue as well. Both packages contain the same classes (for
backwards compatibility they weren't moved), but only the classes of the first
package are shown.
