Currently only CommandExecutorProcess have launchHealthCheck. Maybe we could
create a common class named ExecutorProcess and let
CommandExecutorProcess/DockerExecutorProcess inherit from it? So that we could
call launchHealthCheck in DockerExecutorProcess.
