Description: Since most of the communication between mesosphere components
will happen through HTTP with the arrival of the [HTTP
API|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MESOS-2288], it makes sense to use
HTTP standard mechanisms to authenticate this communication. (was: To start
with, we will only support basic http auth.)
