LGTM. I don't know if anybody is still (or ever was) using the old way, as it
was only in place in 0.19 for the external containerizer. Maybe [~tarnfeld] is
still using it, but I think even they moved to the new ContainerInfo. Let's
draft an email to the dev@ list letting them know our deprecation/removal plan.
