When run on Ubuntu 14.04 as root with {{--gtest_repeat=200}}, this test will
fail consistently during repetition 167 or 168. This does not seem to happen on
CentOS 7.1. Sometimes it gives a stacktrace and sometimes not, but in both
cases the executor processes are left running and repeatedly log {{Resuming
reaper ...}} until they are killed. Two log files are included here, one with a
stacktrace and one without.
