Adam B commented on MESOS-3553:
-------------------------------

[~jieyu], I believe this came up with a customer that does not have DNS in
their cluster, so all agents are configured with LIBPROCESS_IP manually. Rather
than passing the IP from the agent's environment into the executor's, would you
suggest that the operator set LIBPROCESS_IP in the
executor_environment_variables flag? Or do we just need to ensure that we
prefer a LIBPROCESS_IP explicitly passed in CommandInfo.environment, as Niklas
suggested in his post-commit comment?

> LIBPROCESS_IP not passed when executor's environment is specified

> When the executor's environment is specified explicitly via
> {{\-\-executor_environment_variables}}, {{LIBPROCESS_IP}} will not be passed,
> leading to errors in some cases - for example, when no DNS is available.
