[~philwinder] From the log you posted, it's hard to tell what went wrong. The 
hadoop failure is not really a failure (as [~haosd...@gmail.com] pointed out).

There must be some other reason that caused the crash of the agent. Can you 
paste the full log please? If possible, also turn on verbose logging (GLOG_v=1) 
when start the agent.
