Hi [~neilc], sorry I was spending my reduced limit on mesos on the docker image
GC project.
Given that this has almost certainly missed 1.2, I'll probably look at this
review chain in the next week. Also, [~alexr] said he hasn't finished looking
at the entire chain yet, but maybe I missed some review emails in the last 1-2
weeks.
