I'm in China, for some policy reasons the connection to docker registry is
often reset by our firewall. I have to use a mirror of docker hub to speedup.
But when I use mesos containerizer with docker as image provider, it directly
curl docker's registry, and failed. So maybe the image pulling should try
getting the info of my docker's mirror setting.
