The SLRP Metrics test is flaky because the agent might got two
{{SlaveRegisteredMessage}}s due to its retry logic for registration, and thus
it would send two {{UpdateSlaveMessage}}s. As a result, the futures waiting for
these messages will be ready before the plugin is actually launched. This will
lead to a race between the SIGKILL and LAUNCH_CONTAINER in the test, and if the
kill happens before SLRP gets connected to the plugin, SLRP will wait for 1
minutes before giving up, which is too long for the test to wait for a second
launch.
