Once MESOS-8492 is addressed, we should add a test to verify that RP can
recover with missing profiles from the {{DiskProfileAdaptor}} module, and fail
`CREATE_VOLUME` and `CREATE_BLOCK` operations if the associated profile no
longer exists.
