When reverse dns isn't setup, the agent state endpoint takes 10+ seconds to
fail when getting the hostname for the master. This significantly increases the
time to do basic tasks such as getting mesos logs. It would be good to move
this code to somewhere computed less often such as when the agent registers
with the master.
