The agent's {{slave/registered}} metric will return {{1}} as soon as the
{{master}} data member is {{SOME}}, which occurs in the {{Slave::detected}}
callback. However, this occurs before the agent is actually registered, and in
the case of failed authentication or failed agent (re)registration, this can
report true when no successful agent registration occurs at all.
This metric should probably only return {{1}} once the agent has successfully
(re)registered with the master.
