My branch is at https://github.com/justinleet/metron/tree/stellardoc
It's super bare bones, but basically it'll kick out a file fairly similar to
our main Stellar doc page (but without a lot of the niceties and navigation,
etc.)
Again, there's a bunch of refactorings, etc. that can and should happen,
assuming we even choose to do more. I'm sure I'll play around with it more,
but it's basically the POC of a POC right now.
