This workaround will not solve the issue, this will just enable the 'NEXT' button but it will not list the components, So this will cause the services unlisted after installation. Also if you look at the `services.json` under `/var/run/ambari-server/stack-recommendations/#/` It has other components under different services like LIVY2_SERVER, SPARK2_THRIFTSERVER, PHOENIX_QUERY_SERVER, NFS_GATEWAY also has empty host list. So this will cause problem in the while bringing up services.
