   As part of this PR, I'm fixing the layout of the metron confirmation 
dialogue.
   The problems with the layout were the followings:
   - Close icon shifted to the left of the title and get positioned to the 
center of the dialogue windows
   - bottom and the top gap around the confirmation message was bigger than on 
other views
   - Cancel button text turned to black on mouseover and made the 'Cancel' 
label disappearing

   The same dialog with the fixes:

   The changeset is very small and has no impact on business logic. Please
