ASF GitHub Bot commented on METRON-829: --------------------------------------- Github user cestella commented on the issue: https://github.com/apache/incubator-metron/pull/514 That shouldn't be required as librdkafka doesn't know anything about JAAS since JAAS is a Java thing and librdkafka is decidedly not. It does ticket renewal literally by having you specify the keytab and the kinit command (the default one works). I validated that by botching the kinit command in the librdkafka config and having it scream bloody murder in the logs periodically and stop working. > Use Fastcapa with Kerberos > -------------------------- > > Key: METRON-829 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/METRON-829 > Project: Metron > Issue Type: Improvement > Reporter: Nick Allen > Assignee: Nick Allen > > How can we use Fastcapa in a Kerberized environment? -- This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v6.3.15#6346)
