Currently we cannot publish(master branch) MXNet-Scala packages. It requires
the use Apache release plugin and other modifications that will enable it to
build during the mvn release perform phase by checking out the latest
tag(created locally) and rebuild from scratch including the MXNet backend
library(.so).
