I have this issue too. I get the same error but from a different model, I got it from https://github.com/onnx/models/tree/master/vision/body_analysis/arcface/model . Then I try to change the model to https://s3.amazonaws.com/onnx-model-zoo/arcface/resnet100.onnx (this link is not similar to yours, look closely). It works for me. Maybe there is some model with a different parameter.
